KimCo BPO, who's parent company is KimCo, LLC, is a corporate management consulting firm. All services, including human resources, procurement, and bookkeeping assistance, are provided strictly on an advisory, fractional-support basis. 

KimCo BPO does not operate as a licensed Professional Employer Organization (PEO), public staffing registry, CPA firm, or insurance brokerage, and does not provide formal legal or certified accounting opinions. 

Payment processing services offered through KimCo BPO are provided and underwritten by CardConnect (a Fiserv business) in conjunction with bank partner, KeyBank, N.A. Your use of these merchant services is strictly subject to the approval, underwriting standards, and separate Merchant Processing Agreement (MPA) executed between you and our processing partners, which governs all financial settlements, transaction routing, and funding.
